Trainers' Training on Transformative Leadership and Citizenship, Manila

CAPWIP will be conducting a 10-day Trainers' Training on Transformative Leadership and Citizenship in Manila, Philippines under the sponsorship of Asia-Pacific Gender Equality Network (APGEN) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). This training intends to equip trainers with skills on how to organize and implement a 5-day course on changing the way people look at politics and their role in it - anchored on a vision of participatory governance defined by excellence, integrity and accountability, gender equality, sustainable development and peace.
Participants are required to be currently employed or connected with training institutions in the Asia-Pacific. CAPWIP is therefore inviting training institutions in the region to submit applications of their qualified trainers using the form below.
CAPWIP will only provide financial support for 4 participants. The rest will have to pay for their transportation and a training fee of US $ 1,000.00. The training fee covers cost for training materials as well as participant's board and lodging for the duration of the training.
Application form including all the required documents must be received by CAPWIP not later than [to be advised]. The list of selected participants will be posted at the CAPWIP website. Applicants will also be informed on the status of their applications by mail.
